You don't say what release your Definity is but I do see a possible conflict here.
First, if the Definity is old enough you also have to deal with the second digit table for "8" using your existing scenario.
You have an ARS entry for "857" and an AAR entry for "857". The ARS entry will take precedence because the switch will look there first.
If you have Universal Dialplan available in the Definity and there is no overlap of stations between the two systems (i.e. both switches do not have station 1234), I would define an RNX code (UDP) for the IP Office stations. Then put that in the AAR Analysis table with a route to a new route pattern. In the route pattern delete three digits and insert the office code of 857.
