Any way to find out if they changed out either the csu or the cable? Was it more than one PRI?

Seems truly unusual to me that a working card would just stop, unless it was damaged during the move... I used to work as a tech in one of the telco's ISDN TAC; the most common reasons a card would not come up on the CPE side was either a) no connectivity ; b) incorrect programming on either the CPE or CO switch; or c) the card was not capable of supporting ISDN.
