Don't know what system but, a quick solution...

01 wait-time 0 secs hearing silence
02 collect 1 digits after announcement 5000
03 route-to number 2425 with cov n if digit = 1
04 route-to number 2450 with cov n if digit = 2
05 route-to number 5800 with cov n if digit = 3
06 wait-time 2 secs hearing silence
07 goto step 2 if unconditionally

Do a change coverage remote and add an entry (whatever line number) for the phone number, including the leading 9, that you want to route to.
add coverage path (whatever number) and set it for ALL YES and 1 ring and enter r## (the number of the remote coverage path) for coverage Point1.

For x5800 I would create a phntom station with a coverage path of the one you created.
