The customer has a S8700 with several IP hardphones like 4620 and 4630. They recently installed a 4690 IP hardphone in the conference room. It was installed as a 4630 IP hardphone because there is not an option on the help line that show 4690 as an option. It goes from 4630 to 510. Of course the 4690 does not work correctly. The customer has a software version of R011x03.0.526.5. Where and how do I verify that the firmware for the 4690 IP hardphone is on the TFTP server?
