Wanna get fancy? Think outside the box:

1) Give the x-ported station (let's call it 1308) an ACTUAL analog port address and TURN OFF call-waiting.
2) Cross connect the ANALOG station port to an available CO-Trunk port.
3) Add a CO trunk group (type loop-start, inbound only) and make the incoming destination an x-ported station with a coverage path that includes another coverage answer group.

Now, whenever x1308 rings it will look to the PBX as if there is a call coming into your new trunk group which will terminate the call to the station with the coverage answer group.
