This user is configured for "XMOBILE" and 1234 is not a valid extension number in our PBX system, so I it must be a security code on his Station form 1st page as there is an * in that field, which indicates a password has been entered. It looks like this user's station buttons are already configured for EC500, so I'll have him test it and I can monitor the activity from "list trace station" commands. Thanks to everyone for the help with understanding this. Mucho Appreciated.
