I have an MCC with a minor POWER alarm and the following errors.

'Display Errors'
12 POWER 257 1 01/09/09:08 01/09/09:08 1 0 0 a y
12 POWER 1 0 01/09/09:08 01/09/14:25 43 8 4 a y

'test environment 12 short repeat 1'
TEST RESULTS
Port Maintenance Name Alt. Name Test No. Result Error Code
12 POWER 5 FAIL 8
All other tests pass.

According to the BOOK, this indicates a failure of the Battery Charger or the Batteries. I have replaced both and am still unable to clear the minor alarm caused by this. Has anyone experienced similar trouble with the Batteries or Charger? Or do you have any tips on resolving this error.
