Thanks, Al. I was wondering about why Avaya would bother to make a patch for a product at end of life but the people that told me this insisted there was a patch. There is one for MM (which is probably what they are thinking of) and adjusting the time manually on the Intuity is not an onerous job, just remember to turn off Daylight Savings Time in it so the time is not adjusted again.:D
