Agreed with colt and martin, I wold recommend getting a feel for how frequently they will really be used. You might need to break up the vectors just for VAL resource restrictions. I forget the number of simultaneous instances a VAL can play an announcement, but you might want to spread the resources out over the highly-used with the not-expected-to-use-often bridges.
