Enhanced EC500

We have an Avaya G3siV11 PBX system and have auto-dial buttons configured on a station like this: *1~p7115~p1234 This user claims that he was able to forward his station calls to his cell phone manually by pressing these auto-dial buttons. Now he is not able to. I do not know how to activate this feature for him as I have never used the EC500 feature before. How do I configure this for him and how is this setup on the PBX? Please assist.
