Having an S8710 answers half the question. Is the rest of the switch all IP or do you have G650's, or MCC, SCC cabinets? If you have those cabinets then call classifiers will be important to you. You will know that you do not have enough of them if people start complaining of having no dialtone or difficulty dialing.

Keep a close eye on trunking. If some of your phones are IP phones, MedPro and CLAN resources could also be an issue.
