Yes, one vector can be linked to multiple VDNs. But it is only one vector. If you have 30 conferences starting at the same time and each one with six members, you could have 180 people hitting this vector at the same time. If each conference has a unique access code you could have 180 people all trying to enter 30 different access codes at the same time. I have never tested a vector to see if it can do this without getting confused.

Just keep that in mind if people start complaining about a failure to get to the conference they wanted.
