Happy December to everybody !

I receive a lot of complains from operators, about the call volume. We have 4620 sets (and the whole solution is IP), calls from outside are also over IP, so operators say, "If the quality is low, at least volume to be up".

I've heard something about changing path loss or so but I can't afford to experiment.
Can someone help me with a piece of advice ?
