Re: ACA certification

Get a login to Avaya University (it is free) and look at what they recommend for this certificate. There are two tests, a core test and an elective test. The core test is primarily network related. It will have questions about bridges, routers, hubs, Ethernet, protocols, etc. The elective test is about a particular Avaya product. The training for that is from Avaya.

In the curriculum for their certificates are a number of recommended courses and most of those courses have assessments you can take to see what you need to study.

I always suggest getting an IP Telephony ACA first because this will help you for any other certs, and it will help with the core test also since the subject matter is the same.
