Looking for some trobleshooting pointers.
Employee in Japan using Avaya Softphone client is unable to connect from home. The VPN tunnel is up and fine.
The client (5.2.24) works fine from the office in Japan. It will connect, authenticate and allow him to use the phone.
From home he gets a condition of "Trying to Connect" but it will never authenticate to the Clan in our Corp. HQ.
All other applications work fine from his home.
Ideas?
