I purchased the Avaya ACS IP Telephony maintain guide from eplanetlabs.com in Sep 2006 and was sent a several hundred page pdf file that had no structure or page numbers and index.

The content was non Avaya and there were several hundred Cisco test questions in the exam, none Avaya specific let alone relevant to the Avaya exam.

I complained to eplantlabs.com and had a reply from Steve Williams and he adviised that perhaps my expextations were too high. I pointed out that the guide was not Avaya specific let alone for the study guide advertised. He offered to produce a new guide but after reviewing the poor quality I requested a refund.

Steve Williams has since gone silent and I will request a chargeback on my credit card purchase on the grounds that the product is not fit for purpose and the seller has not responded.

eplanetlabs.com put a disclaimer on each and every page of their "study" guide which states that the guide is not there responsibility if it incorrect or irrelavant. What type of legit company does this? And why do they not advertises this disclaimer when they advertise the 100% success rate before the purchase or advertising screens?

I would steer clear and certainly would not recommend eplanelabs.com.

Let me know if you want me to email you the "study" guide i received from them so you can make up your own mind? It will probably rightly end up in your spam folder.
