We spend 80% of our time battling with the phone companies and 20% of our time processing invoices. Is it me or is it always a battle? We can't seem to get ahead of the game. Every month there are issues on our bills and then you talk to them and it seems you always get someone that has no idea what you are talking about or they say they fixed it yet the next month it is the same problem. It never, never ends.
