Does your CDR computer have the means to alert you?

NO

Does your network have any devices that can generate an SNMP trap to alert you?

NO

actully some times it hapens some segment of our network comes Down/UP, and our CAS application needs manual restart to refresh and accept the CDR DATA, thats all, and we invest much mony on this CAS.
