Just converted a bunch of users from Cisco to Avaya...They are complaining that when a user calls and no one answers - they hear a BEEP (the transferring of the call to its cov pat) then it rolls to audix - which sometimes picks up right away, sometimes their is 1 ring... They think this might be confusing to customers - they might think thats the beep to leave a message after!
Any ideas? Or is it "welcome to avaya!"
