yup, the cor is also good to go. They can call anywhere without issues. It just doesn't make sense to me. Why can't i do it from their phone, but when i bridge it to mine, i can do it from here (i can't do it from my personal extension though). Could it be a software flaw? Is there some system parameter that limits call transfers like this to the attendant and it is just a fluke that it works when bridged?
