I bet your on to something - the DS1 card that is their - all the DIDs are on this (even faxes) - they do get a BAD echo on the local side. I dont know how to get it resolved - but I wonder if thats the issue - the "pc faxes" are more sensitive - because some faxes do work just fine - and they havent had any incoming fax issues... Not sure what you mean by span - How do I check for errors on the DS1?
