We installed an S8300/G350 with CM3.1.2. The customer was complaining of static and echo on the 4610IP phones, we checked their TFTP server and they have the latest firmware loaded on the machine and the sets. We also turned automatic gain controll off in the settings file. Now the customer is stating that they get static when they use the handset, the echo is gone. They can use the speaker phone and do not get the static, it only occurs when they use the handsets. Any ideas?
