I tried adding the new 4-digit numbers to our dial-plan and it would not allow me to add them. I received a message stating that "there is already a number assigned using the first digit" The numbers we want to add do not fall within our DID range except of one of the numbers. We can not change these fax numbers as they are used for our Sales Dept, and are published. What other options do we have, if we can not add the numbers to our dial-plan? We would really like to make them part of our DID group if possible.
