You CMS also has to have the same (or greater than) number of agents, splits, skills, and trunk groups as the PBX. I will see if I can find out exactly where to go. But this will get you started.

I've done a lot of CMS provisioning (from the 10,000 foot level) and have been told by Avaya that it's very easy to go from a lower version to a higher version in
cmssvc but very difficult to go from a higher version to a lower version. Looks like Avaya will need to be involved if that is true.
