Re: TN744E Question
ISDN T1s and TN744 Call Classifiers are not the same thing. So lets do one at a time.
You have ten ISDN-PRI DS1 cards in a G3csi. That should be ok but you are getting close. Do a "list measure load total today" and see what percent of occupancy you are showing. This will be the total tdm usage at the busiest time today. Do this for a few days. If you are running consistently at over 50% keep a real close eye on things. If you hit 70% (especially more than once) you are outgrowing the PBX you have today. If you stay under 50% you are ok but the preferred volume should be around 30%.
Another measurement to run is 'list measure tru sum today" and check the %ATB column. That is the percent of all trunks blocked, if there is an entry there see if it coincides with a high occupancy reading.
A TN744 is an advanced Tone Detecter and provides the additional tones used by ACDs. You can have as many of these you want. What they provide are the tones you hear everytime you use a phone, dial tone, DTMF tones when you dial the phone, ring tones, busy tones, etc. You can look at this with "list measure tone sum today", you do not want any entries in the two denied columns and your peak requests should not come near the total available. You will know if you are having problems with that because you will get complaints from people about going off hook and not hearing dial tone, when dialing the phone nothing happened, etc. Don't forget that the Tone Clock also provides these same tones.
