I would like to test interchanging my call servers. I know how to get in to the console and start the process. My questions are:

What will I see happen?
Will the users experience anything noticeable?
If it doesn't work for some strange reason... what happens and what do I do to fix it?
How do I revert it back?
Should this be done during business hours?
