I have never used both at the same time myself so I do not know for sure if they can run at the same time. At the system I have there is one time-of-day table built by the previous tech, it looks like it was an exercise because it is not being used. And I have some auth codes programmed in the system, also not being used. Since neither one is active I do not know if there would be a conflict. But I think it would be like having two anti-virus programs running on your computer at the same time.

Depends on what you want to do. If you only want to restrict calls after hours, then the time-of-day would be the best way to go. If you want to restrict calls all day, then auth codes would be the way.
