I think I am having the same problem as you posted about the Avaya Partner analog door phone not working with IP Office. Mine will hear the dial tone then it fades out, the extension it automatically dials can hear the microphone, but the door phone can not hear the person talking to them. I can call the door phone and you can hear me talking on the speaker for a couple of seconds and then it cuts out. Is that what you experienced?
