Regarding dialing into an IP Office -be aware that IP Office is a COMPLETELY different platform than the S8xxx servers. You'll access the IP Office a couple different ways depending upon what type of equipment you have available. If the IP Office has an internal modem connection (either a modem II card or the software selected modem on line port 1 ) then you need to download the IP Office interface application called "Manager" from the support.avaya.com web site. If there is no modem II card then you need to dial in to the Manager/Voicemail Pro server and launch RDP to gain access to the server and thus the IP Office.
