I don't have a tape and I don't work on Legends so I can't help you with either one of those concerns. But I do work on Intuity.

The title of the tape you are missing tells it all, "AUDIX Voice Messaging System and System Announcements". You are missing the voice messaging system.

One other point is that you will not log in as root, this gives you command line access to UNIX and Avaya will not grant that to anyone that is not an Avaya engineer.

And last, if you just acquired the phone system from another company, all you are entitled to is the hardware. The software does not transfer with the hardware. You must purchase that from Avaya yourself. If this was your system all along and you are now going to administer it yourself now, contact Avaya for the missing tape.
