Hey all,
I have auto attendant answering 3 lines set to "0" rings. The customer is extremly annoyed by the single ring on the extensions before the AA picks up the call.

Any way to get rid of it or is it just something that is going to happen. I thought maybe since I had Abbreviated Ring active that what was causing it, it wasn't!

Any thoughts????
