I need to setup an ACD with NCFW. So far, it works PERFECTLY from an internal call (I can dial the ACDN from my desk phone), but ANY attempt to dial the acd direct from outside our system seems to hunt it to our voice mail. For instance, the ACD is 6139. If I dial XXX-XXX-6139. I get routed to a voicemail box that doesn't exist. If I dial 6139 from my desk phone I get forwarded to the specified NCFW. Any thoughts?
