I tried cr and I get an 'incorrect response to prompt' error. I have also tried other customer numbers and extension numbers and nothing seems to work, I have even tried nothing.

I figured there either is something simple I am missing or it is something about the way the settings were set up along time ago. But somehow blocking specific extensions from using authcodes or the station specific auth codes would be great if I could ind out how to set them up. There is an option under features for the DN's in the OPT 81c System Administration window but when I try to access the AUTU( Station Specific Auth Codes) feature I get the station error "Insufficient rights for attempted operation". Which is another problem because we only have one login name.
