I am trying to figure out how to make the IP office 403 voice announce. I think that SUpervised Transfer is the way to do it, but I cannot find how to enable this feature. Does anyone know?

The end goal is to allow the receptionist to take a call, place it on hold, use a quick speakerphone intercom to ask if the user wants the call, if yes transfer it and have it ring the end user.
