Look at the outbound short code. You'll prob see "s111222" where 111 is your area code and 222 is the exchange. What's missing is the extension. It
SHOULD read "s111222E" ... with the capital "E" on the end of the string the IP Office will append the extension number to the outbound caller ID. Therefore, on any stations that are
NOT DID numbers, you should create either a User Restriction with outbound short codes that send your main number (i.e. "s4076463131") or the place specific outbound short codes into those individual station's short code tabs with your main number as the caller ID.
