:tdn: What are people using to manage their Nortel pbx network? We are currently using Switchview, but we would like to know what others are using and or what they recommend like OTM or Element Mgr etc....
We are a 18 pbx enviornment and would like to know of a product or products that can manage billing, CDR, Routs, T-1s, directory etc... Please let me know what you use. Any input would be appreciated.
