What should happen is this. Assume that you have two tone clocks one in A the other in B. Futher assume that B is active and Ais standbye. Withe the "sys main" set to do a clock interchange every night the A clock will be made active and tested with traffic for twenty seconds and then the B clock be become the active clock again. This is normal. If you want to truley change the clocks, first use the stat sys 1 command to ensure that tboth clocks are in service. Once you have done that use the set tone 1A command to change from the clock in 1B to the clock in 1A. The clocks will stay in this configuration until there is a failure or you follow the same process in reverse - set tone 1B
