I can get you started. Create "abbre group 1" you will see a field called "Program Ext" put the station you want to do the programming in there. Add the group to each station that will use it, it should be the same list# on every phone so it works the same way for everyone.

Here is where I must admit I cheat, since I have ASA access that is how I add numbers to any list I use. That way I don't have to have a lot of buttons with abrv-dial assigned to them. On the phone that will be programming the speed dial list put a "abr-prog" button and all the "abrv-dial" appearances of the group. You can also use the softkeys if you run out of buttons.

How this works is the person presses the "abr-prog" button and then the speed dial button you want to add a number to. Type in the number you want to dial and end with a #.
