Let me just ask this question -
For a particular location (9) it seems no matter what number they dial, it is routing out the wrong trunk group (313). If I do a list route, all of the route patterns that are named according to that location - do not even mention grp 313.
Doing a list ars analys loc 9 is listing anything they dial going to a route pattern that has a P before the number. That is what brought up my original question. I looked at another location that was using a p## for the route pattern and did a trace, it said that it would use p123 and it just used 123 so I didnt see what the p was doing or if that would change the route it would take.
So basically the problem is simple - all calls that I have traced from one location go out a trunk thats never mentioned in their route pattern...
