To amplifiy the above answer, in ARS you have p92. Display (or change partitioned 92) you will see the route patterns that are called by that partition.
If the only route pattern shown is in column one, you do not need partitioned routing for that choice. If there are more than one route pattern in that partition, then you need to investigate what's programmed. It could be tenant partitioning, time-of-day, COR, or other reasons.
