Replace the Nortel with a IP Office :)

Use alog stations on the Nortel and alog lines on the IP Office, create a group in the Nortel with all alog extensions.
In IP office create a shortcode with the function Conference MeetMe en let all incoming calls from the alog trunks go to the shortcode.
