The back of the card has an 8 port RJ-45 connector (the colour is grey), the new ones have 2 ports 1-RJ-45 and 1-9pin serial connector (they come in black or grey colour) All the new ones are 100Mb ether grey or black.
The card is a TN799 B vintage 000001, the new ones are TN799 DP HW01 FW012.
