I have a multi site SCN installation coming up. We will be installing a voicemail called Call Attendant Office that relies on the CTI Link of the IP Office. As I understand it, in the CTI software there is only one IP address allowed for inputting the IP Office. Has anyone really worked with the IPO CTI software? If so, is there any way to get the software to talk to multiple IP Offices in a SCN environment. As it stands, we will only be able to get message waiting lamps to light on the system the CTI connects to. We are using the CAO voicemail since it does full UM and faxing capabilities. Now we hit the nitty gritty pieces liek message waiting lights. Any suggestions?
