You can reset the password by logging into the system via the serial port or even a telnet session. The kicker is that you have to have the support level username and password. Perhaps someone will be kind enough to send it to you privately. Unfortunately that person is not me. I must warn you though, if you do come across the support level log in information you should be very careful about changing things as you may render your CP-Mini a boat anchor.
