According to the Integrator's Guide on the Polycom web site you can use BRI or PRI interface. The RJ45 jack on their equipment has the standard 568B pinout. 1 & 2 receive and 4 & 5 transmit.

The pinout is shown at the bottom of page 2-2 of the Integrator's manual.

Looking at the admin manual, I see that a PRI connection is not available, only BRI or IP (admin manual page 2-11) for the VSX3000.
