Just a couple quick questions to start with.

Is the signaling group type h.323?
Have the nodenames been administered at both ends?
I assume the trunk group carrier type is IP.
How are the ISDN parameters set on the route pattern (bottom half of the screen)?
I also assume you know that DCS will not work to a Nortel, the best you will get is UDP.
Since the Nortel is not a public CO switch, try a connect type of PBX which will open up another field to work with.
Last, DS1 protocol "a" is NI1. I do not have my notes in front of me but I believe Nortel uses protocol "c".

Avaya has published some white papers on connecting to a Nortel switch. Check their support web site for any docs about this.
