We use a dialer too but we are not using PRI - any reason why you need that? Our DS1 boards are config'd b8zs/esf/robbed-bit. For our connectivity, each channel is config'd as a station, type ds1fd. Altho, we don't seem to use our dialer like you explain. The dialer does the "dialing", then connects the call to an agent. The agent would never call the dialer. I would think your vendor would be able to help you out here because that is what they are supposed to do when you pay them. Good luck!
