You could take that one channel out and put it in its own trunk group 2. The others will be in trunk 1. Then set up a partition route table. Have x2001 use the newly created partion and all other extensions use the origional partition.

The orgional route partition will have trunk 1 as their first choice and the new partition will have trunk 2 as the first choice and trunk 1 as the second, this way x2001 can make more that one ars call at a time.
