thanks for that info. I guess I have my terminology confused (yet I will save the info you just gave me)

I dont want people to call another extension to get to them, in your example ext 1234 to reach 2345 & 4567 alternatively.

What I need (or they are requeting :() is that when someone calls ext 2345 and does not answer then it resorts to 4567 or vice versa and end up in vmail of the last extension it rang. I hope I am explaining myself correctly.
