5410 Phonesets
Some of our agents use 6416 phonesets while others use 5410 phonesets.
Agents using the 6416 phonesets are able to retrieve ALL incoming call history (direct call as well as group call) from the phone's menu.
Agents using the 5410 phonesets are only able to retrieve Direct calls history (but no group call history) from the phone's menu.
Apart from installing Phone Manager at each agent, is there another way to retrieve group call history from the 5410 phonesets?
